Privacy policy
Last updated October 29, 2026
Takely (takely.win) is a web app for making and testing short videos. This policy explains what we collect when you use it, why, and what you can do about it. Questions go to algeon@takely.win.
What we collect
Account data: your email address, your name if you give one, and an identifier from the provider you sign in with (Google, X or TikTok).
Your content: the text you write to the assistant, the files you upload, and the images and videos Takely makes for you.
Connected accounts: when you connect TikTok, YouTube, X or an ads account, we store the access token, the account identifier, its name or handle, and statistics of the posts Takely publishes for you.
Usage: daily counters of assistant turns, voice characters and AI clips, so we can apply the daily allowance.
Technical data: server logs with IP address, browser and errors, kept for security and debugging.
How we use it
To run the service: sign you in, keep your projects and versions, make the videos you ask for, post them when you say so and show you their results.
To give you suggestions inside your own account, such as ideas from your niche and a score before you post.
We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it except with the processors below.
Who processes it
Supabase stores accounts, projects and files. Cloudflare serves the site and protects the network. AI model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic and OpenRouter) write plans and edits. ElevenLabs makes voices. Kling, through Higgsfield, makes AI clips when you accept one. Pexels supplies stock clips. Resend sends account emails.
Each one receives only what it needs for its task, under its own data processing terms.
Google and YouTube data
If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email and profile picture. If you connect YouTube we ask permission to upload videos, manage the videos Takely posts and read their analytics.
Takely uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (www.youtube.com/t/terms), and Google's Privacy Policy applies (policies.google.com/privacy).
Takely's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We don't use Google user data for advertising, we don't sell it, and people don't read it unless you ask us to, it's needed for security, or the law requires it.
You can revoke Takely's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or disconnect YouTube inside Takely.
TikTok and X data
If you sign in with or connect TikTok, we receive your basic profile and a user identifier, and with your permission we publish the videos you approve and read their statistics. For TikTok ads we read the advertiser accounts you authorise and the reports of the ads Takely creates.
If you sign in with or connect X, we receive your profile and identifier, and with your permission we post the videos you approve and read their metrics.
You can remove Takely's access from each platform's settings at any time, or disconnect the account inside Takely.
Security
Access tokens for connected accounts are encrypted with AES 256 GCM before they reach the database, with a key that never lives in the database. Every account's data is kept apart, and every request is checked against the signed in user.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. Disconnecting a platform deletes its token. We keep platform statistics only as long as we need them to show your results, and refresh or delete them as each platform's policies require.
When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it with its projects, files and connected accounts within 30 days. Backups roll over within a further 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion by writing to algeon@takely.win from the email on your account. We answer within 30 days.
Cookies
Takely uses only what it needs to work: your session and your language choice, stored in your browser. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Children
Takely is not meant for anyone under 13, or under the minimum age to use TikTok or YouTube where you live.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies. The date at the top always shows the current version.
