Terms of service
Last updated October 29, 2026
These terms apply when you use Takely at takely.win and in the Takely web app. By creating an account you accept them. Questions go to algeon@takely.win.
The service
Takely helps you plan, make, edit, post and compare short videos and images with an AI assistant. During early access the service is free with daily allowances, and features may change as it grows. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you before anything is charged.
Your account
You need to be at least 13 and old enough to use the platforms you connect. Keep your sign in details safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
Your content
You own what you upload and what Takely makes for you. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run the service for you, including sending it to the processors named in the privacy policy and posting it where you tell us to.
Stock clips, music and fonts keep their own licences. AI output can be wrong or resemble existing work; check it before you publish.
Acceptable use
Don't use Takely for anything illegal, for content that infringes someone else's rights, for impersonation, harassment or spam, or to break the rules of the platforms you post to. Don't try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Connected platforms
When you connect TikTok, YouTube, X or an ads account, their own terms apply as well. Takely posts only what you approve. For YouTube, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (www.youtube.com/t/terms).
Ads you launch through Takely are billed by the ad platform to your own ad account, never by Takely.
Ending
You can stop using Takely and ask us to delete your account at any time. We can end or suspend access if you break these terms, with notice when we reasonably can.
No guarantees
Takely is provided as is. Predictions and test results are estimates, not promises of views or sales. To the extent the law allows, Takely is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or content removed by a platform.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change applies. Continuing to use Takely after that means you accept them.
